PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Processing your order is the amount of time it takes to make it and package it, prior to shipping. Based on the amount of orders in queue, turn around time may vary and can take 2-10 business days. Orders are processed during business days only (Monday-Friday). Around the holidays, turnaround times may be longer. If you opt for Priority shipping, this does not change the processing time, it only changes the shipping time with USPS.

You will receive a notification when your order is in processing, along with a tracking number (THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED) which is located in your account under “purchases”. Once your order is handed to the USPS driver you will receive an email that your order is in transit.

IMPORTANT COVID-19 GUIDELINES: Due to Covid-19 there may be delays outside of La Bruja's control. Apart from aura cleansing and charging, I see to it that each ritual item is sanitized and safely handled before shipping.
